Seeking Advice on Antenna Alignment Methods in an Anechoic Chamber and Use of Faro Laser Trackers

Hello everyone, 
 I'm currently working on developing an antenna alignment procedure and looking for guidance on aligning antennas under test and scanning probes in an anechoic chamber. I'm curious about the methods commonly used in the industry for achieving precise alignment. 
 Specifically, Are any of you using Faro laser trackers for this purpose? I'd greatly appreciate insights or advice on the best practices, software, or methods you've found effective in ensuring accurate antenna alignment during testing.

Sorry, I am not familiar with the Faro system. Consider how wide is your narrowest pencil beam - I'd suggest a precision of 10% of that will always be better than you will ever need. 
 Can you build the parabolas with a mechanical reference feature as part of the design ? 
 Are you near field scanning with the w/guide?
