Shouldn't be an issue - even if there's no suitable wall to fix the charge point to, most domestic ones can be post mounted. An armoured cable can be run along a wall or buried. I guess you have the typical US 2ø 100A@120V supply - so comparable to a UK 230V single phase 100A supply - so unless you have a high existing demand there should be the capacity there.

First of all I wouldn't have a Diesel car as it is nearly impossible to get diesel fuel. I guess the closest public place is about 10 miles away.

I wouldn't buy/have a Korean car which are prone to gas leaks.

You are correct the cable is usually buried. 

Some families have big RV vehicles parked outside their house which require an external power line connection.

To change people's minds, advances are necessary in a number of technology (and standards) areas.

We also have guidance from insurance companies that severely restrict the acceptable locations for charging of EVs, and there are also numerous challenges for on-street parking (which a sizeable proportion of 'parking at home' spaces occupy).

I will give you the perfect answer to this whole transportation problem, but you will not like it !

Make it illegal to own/lease a car (electric or gas powered).

Only self driving taxi's (cabs) would be allowed for personal transport. You would call for service on your app, and pay for the drive using another app.
