    Please desist from politicking.

  • Jaymack,

do you realise that your big bold statement is in itself politicking? Oh heck.

what next we ask ourselves. Someone like john selwyn gummer mp in his role as lay preacher, preaching from his local pulpit that clergy should not get involved in polotics. That was a vice versa pot kettle black scenario back then.

Well, when you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always depend on the support of Paul

  • Lol.

Perhaps we will go back to having Electricity Boards that built houses for their workers to live in.

There is a post-war housing council housing estate in Worcester that has homes built by the MIdlands Electricity Board for some its workers, all sold off mainly to the MEB workers who were living in them and then in many instances resold. You can tell the ex-MEB houses by their bay windows that make them more upmarket than their neighbouring council houses.

How far back do people want to turn their clocks?

To about January 1917 should do it, noting always that was the "wrong" sort of communism, and the brand offered by JC will be better (obvs)

I think I would be more worried about the Dotard and the Rocket Man, they will bring everything down around our ears.

Comrade Corbyn and the Stasi party are pretty insignificant at the moment

LoL - well, at least it'll be quick - bucket of instant sunshine, big glass car park, good night Vienna.

Got to be better than working yourself to death undergoing re-education in Battery Factory No3  - for the greater glory of the Politburo, of course
