    Coby:
No access to an Electrical Engineering Dictionary then?

And; yes I am the proud Author of the two finest books on the subject of Electrical Engineering in a generation (correct in every detail), thank you very much!

Do you think irony is a bit like brassy but with a higher ferrous content ?

Hush now, grown ups talking  - we'll find you some crayons to chew, later

  • How about popping down to your local library and asking to see a copy of BS 7671?

I’m still waiting for the punchline.

  • Oh dear, I do hope Coby has not been reading Ginos topic. This was the one where he is buying a gadget to disconnect the bonding. I recall he has a colleague who has been getting tingles from every caravan on a site. I have a sneaking feeling that Gino believes fitting a European/Chinese/Indian device is going to be suitable for the UK network. Coby has taken this on board from the blue guide book, fitted one on his caravan, and still getting those annoying little shocks is not happy with the "wiring regs" and sent a letter of complaint in. Fallen on deaf ears of course because the reply referred Coby to the disclaimer in the book with words to the effect of "we dont accept any liability for anything written in this book and the reader should rely on his own skill and judgement" That boy isnt happy.

    Regards, UKPN.
