    Now UKPN's network is assumed to be pme Does this mean that where once  Ze on TN S was 0.8  Do we now assume 0.35. ?

    I just watched the video and its now a lot clearer in my mind about the dangers of PME im really starting to think it was a bad idea I know earthing the neutral is by and large a good thing BUT only if a system is well maintained
