Sparkingchip:I thought the same, but actually you can use them to terminate the stranded conductors of twin and earth cable and the like, so is there really any difference?
Well with a 4mm2 stranded cable, if the wago is making approx 2mm2 of contact with one strand at the bottom and 2mm2 with another at the top, while not making any contact with the other 5 strands, you're probably ok. With two separate single-stranded conductors, if one was slightly bent them it would make good contact top and bottom, while the other straighter one might wobble around and make very poor contact.

Interesting use of lever Wago connectors! I don't think that you are supposed to put 2 wires in one hole.

They are not intended for 4 mm² ordinary stranded cable and I am sure that they are not rated for 32 A if you use 4 mm² T&E.

Yes.
