How to record test results for fused spur off a main circuit

Main circuit is a radial in 2.5/2.5 singles off a B16 RCBO.  From this is spurred, through a fuse unit (5A BS1362) a 1.5/1.5 run to a set of 60W tubular heaters (frost protection),  

What is the preferred way of recording the test results in this situation?

    Personally I add FCUs as additional lines under the main line for that circuit in the SoTR. For example,

    3 / Upstairs ring / 61009 / B / 16 / ...

    3.1 heater FCU / 1362 / - / 5 / ...

    3.2 fan FCU / 1362 / - / 3 / ...

    then skip most of the remaining columns if the post-fuse wiring is part of the appliance rather than part of the fixed wiring
