House rewiring - Three phase cabling recommendations

I am completely rewiring my house and installing a 3 phase supply. It is relatively cheap to obtain 60A per phase, but I might need to upgrade to 90A per phase if the building peak power study so suggests. Hopefully, it won't suggest more than 90A per phase!

I would appreciate some suggestions for cable specifications allowing for:

  1. Supply from the meter box in my garden to the main distribution board (aka consumer board) - distance 10m. It will pass underground, so armored is required, yes?
  2. Supply from the main distribution board to sub-distribution boards in the garage and garden shed - both need 3 phase, distance 20m and 30m respectively.
    1. The garage will have EV charge point with load balancer and 30kW heat pump. What cables should be used from sub-distribution board to their sockets/breakers?
  3. Supply from the main distribution board to 3 phase hob - distance 13m
  4. Supply from the main distribution board to 3 phase lift motor - distance 30m
  5. Supply from the main distribution board to
    1. internal 13A sockets (ring main)
    2. external 13A sockets (ring main)
    3. internal lighting, LEDs and 5A sockets

Any help gratefully received
