High Voltage (Meidum Voltage) 11KV UK Regulations

Question

Can someone point me in the right direction. 
 what are the specific regulations/ Standard numbers for working on HV installs . E.g Transfromer replacement 11kV to 433V

Makes it a little easier ... BS EN IEC 61936-1 and BS EN 50522 are the relevant main standards for AC HV installations, and HV system earthing, respectively.. There are parts of ESQCR that apply to private networks. Electricity at Work Regulations and HSG65 are the key 'legislative; references with respect to safe working practices. BS EN 50110-1, BS EN 50110-2 and BS EN 50191 are the main standards for this.
