Welcome from the Bahrain LN
With a visualization for gathering Electrical Engineers in Bahrain, the IET- Bahrain Local Network was established and lunched on 1994, under the name of IEE- Bahrain center. The center was officially opened under the patronage of the Minster of Power and Water during that time. Since that time, the branch has gone through a number of stages of development in addition to large number of activities that indeed served the Electrical and Electronics Engineering professionals in Bahrain. Not to mention the fact, the IEE- Bahrain branch during that time has been also involved and helped in organizing a number of conferences, forums, symposiums, technical meetings, lectures, technical events, and technical visits respectively. The IET- Bahrain Local Network Committee members are determined to make the LN as successful as possible. The Bahrain Local Network is led by local volunteers who come together to organize conferences, forums, symposiums, technical meetings, lectures, technical events, and technical visits that provide opportunities to learn and meet new people. All events are open to the public and most are free of charge. The Local Network also aims to raise awareness of science, engineering and technology in the local area, and to promote membership of the IET. Visit the below events page listed by Bahrain Local Network to find out about our upcoming events.
