Professional Review Interview

Hi

I was not able to find recent posts on waiting times for the feedback on the Professional interview dates. It has been nearly 5 weeks since submitting the application with no update whatsoever. Is this normal? The acknowledgement email states 22 weeks end to end which sounds excessive but I would expect 6-8 weeks will be at the backend after the interview for feedback? Any pointers please or tips on acceleration?

Either your PRA has given you incorrect advice, or you have misunderstood what he/she said. MEng is what used to be called the "exemplifying qualification" - a "tick in the box" that means your underlying knowledge and understanding has been measured by a third party, and the registration assessors can concentrate solely on how you had applied this knowledge - your competences.

The fact you have been invited to interview means they have done this, and expect that you will be successful at interview, so just concentrate on preparing for that. Well done and don't fret any further.
