    Hi Everyone,

New to this forum, I am currently working for Network Rail as a Senior Estimator within IP Signalling at York.

I am working towards my IEng (from EngTech) and looking to pick up plenty of hints and tips from here!

    Kind regards,

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Welcome to MyCommunity for Professional Development.

Are you using Career Manager?  This is a great tool for planning the next steps in your development and can really help you to understand the competences as you work toward IEng.

Hopefully you have someone to support you within your company, but if not you may also wish to consider an IET Mentor.

I hope you find some useful resources across the MyCommunity site, if you have any questions then please don't hesitate to start a new thread or contact one of the professional development team.

    Regards

    Kathryn
