KAM Woon Sum CEng MIET

If someone gets CEng from British Computer Society, could this person tranfer the chartership to IET without formal professional assessment?

    Simon is correct, you can transfer your membership and registration from BCS (or any other licensee to the IET) should you wish to do so.  You will need to be a member of the IET, and pay a transfer fee but it's worth noting that you cannot apply for a transfer if you have only been professionally registered for less than a year so if you haven't applied yet then we recommend applying direct with the IET if we are going to be your chosen institution moving forward.
