Good afternoon All

I am doing some research on use of the IET Career Manager.

I would appreciate your views on how user friendly it is, if you have used it your experiences both good and bad please?

I am particularly interested in using it for professional registration.

    The Quick Codes field when adding CPD is not without function. During 2023 we released 70 CPD Quick Codes, for events, courses and self-study. There is a QR code on the contents page of the latest issues of E+T magazine which when scanned will automatically direct you to Career Manager and populate the Quick Code field for you. This makes recording CPD for reading E+T magazine quick and easy. Look out for more Quick Codes at IET events and courses in coming months.

    Please can you provide a link to where the quick codes can be found.  In career manger the quick code box is just a dump field.  Thank You.

    Hi Roy, These are usually QR Codes or Quick codes shared at specific events IET events.  An example is the mentor training we ran this morning which had one for all mentors to record it.  If you email me I can send you one that may be relevant for you.
