I'm hoping to gain some advice my current situation.

I'm currently on a Graduate Scheme within a Systems Engineering team. My team are responsible for writing specifications on numerous products & services, as well as creating solutions for issues with the current systems architecture we have available.

I'm a business management graduate, therefore have limited knowledge within the Engineering field. I'd like to progress in my current team, but I'm not sure what the best path to follow is. I'd like to become Chartered eventually - there's a vast amount of information available on the website, but nothing specific to my situation. The majority of FAQs include people from Engineering backgrounds.

Overall, I'd like to gain qualifications within Engineering to aid with my career and become Chartered. Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated.
