Have you tried contacting a Professional Registration Adviser as here:

https://www.theiet.org/career/professional-registration/getting-help-with-your-application/find-a-professional-registration-advisor

That will be the best route for this.

Hi, the IET doesn’t have a great deal of Civil Engineers so you would be best off using the link that Andy gave and go from there.
