UK-SPEC & character limit for each competency

Regarding the UK-SPEC guidance, do we need to provide evidence for all the example activities listed under each competency, or is it sufficient to include a few strong, relevant examples? Additionally, is there a word or character limit for each competency, similar to the limits set for the main application questions?

    the examples are examples. you do not need to provide evidence against each example but as you say choose the strongest examples. off course you can provide evidence against other areas that may not be listed.  you should aim for a 6 to 7 page career history.
