I have been actively mentoring my US-based colleagues for the past year, supporting them on their journey toward achieving EngTech registration.
Currently, I am guiding around 12 team members through day-to-day mentorship, helping them understand the process, build their competencies, and stay motivated. I’m also planning to host a virtual session to share my own EngTech journey and offer practical insights to support theirs. Although I’ve been mentoring without formal recognition until now, becoming an official volunteer adds meaning to my efforts. My goal is to help all my colleagues achieve their EngTech titles by 2026.
