I am currently a Lecturer in Engineering at a FE college. I am pushing my research mindset and looking forward to teach students from Level 5 and beyond in Higher education whilst I am near perfecting my expertise.
I have a masters degree in Mechatronics but not a PhD., which I cannot push for as the encouragement to pursue research is very limited in Further education. I want to start off from some place so I can move forward doing what I love. How do I go about with it?
