PRI interview

Anyone any idea how long it takes between CEng submission and PRI interviews. I submitted my CEng application on the 19th November 2025 and as of the 10/06/2026 have heard nothing back. I have contacted the Professional registration team regarding this and got a response the end of April 2026 saying the Virtual Pre-Interview Assessment is in Progress but have heard nothing else in relation to this application.

    I advised someone recently applying for IEng who submitted at the end of September 2025 and heard back a few weeks ago at the end of May.

    There is an update from Warren Bath on the pipeline in some detail in his webinar last week. One of the challenges is around more niche areas and the availability of suitable volunteers. That could be speeded up in the applicant is able to be 'broader' .. there is a good slide on this in the presentation.
