    Whilst I am a newbie to the IET and the network, having joined to learn and share, I have over 30 years design engineering experience, and the last 25 years a partner in a engineering consultancy specialising in 'design for manufacture and assembly' (DFMA) and working with all manner of companies in the UK and rest of the world during that time including many in the FTSE350 and Fortune 1000 and helping them to save more than £1billion off their bottom line.
