I'm Stephen Grimes currently working as technician producing unique void free composite products for the energy industry.
I'm also a newby to the IET, having just joined as EngTech TMIET I have worked within composites in an R&D facility producing many prototype products and historic products since 2007, I have attended EIA meeting and had the facility I work represented in one.Prior to that I worked within filament winding for 1.1/2 years.
I'm looking to expand knowledge further within composites and engineering in general.And am interested in learning new techniques.
Composite industry is growing everywhere yet the unique process I do looks to be going early 2019.
