    Hi I am Ketan Varia. I did a Masters in Advanced Manufactring Systems and worked in the aeropsace industry for 8 year before becoming a management consultant. I now work in Operational excellence and large scale change projects for organisations. More about me www.linkedin.com/.../


    I'd love this forum to discuss manufacturing problems whether around quality, productivity or people change.
