I'm Stewart. I'm the Engineering Manager for a company called Centriforce in Liverpool. Coming up to a year in the job, and the challengers have been great but, feel that we are turning around the culture and efficeny of the department. We recycle, and use recycle plastics to make our product. Hopefully, I will be able to share with other manufacturing engineers/product a collection of ideas, that will help us more on, and up our proformance collectively.
