Hi my name David Chakonta Iam graduate of Nottingham University in Manufacturing Engineering and Management. I have spent my time in the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) of Zambia. I have held positions of Lecturer and Head of Department Mechanical Engineering as well as technical college vice principal and principal. I also worked for the Zambian TEVET Authority as Director Development and Director General/CEO.
What I would like see/share/learn from the community are practical ideas related to the development and deployment "Work Based learning system simulations" within learning institutions as special purpose vehicles for incubating future design and manufacturing practice entrepreneurs among young people.
