As an oversea member of the IEE, sending me a copy of the IEE Recruitment is just a waste of IEE's resources. If its intention is to create equal opportunities for overseas engineers, than it is good. However considering the fact that overseas members receive the IEE Recruitment, does gives them a disadvantage over UK members. In my opinion however, it is a waste of IEE time and money sending out the IEE Recruitment to overseas members. Why not include it in IEE Review?
