Hello! everyone,

I am a postgraduate in EMC Research Section, Northern Jiaotong University, Beijing,China and will graduate in one and a half years. My thesis is on uncertainties in EMC measurement which is a new issue especially in China.

As a result,materials on my thesis is very difficult to get. Though I can find a few of then in IEEE symposium, IEEE transaction and IEEE Newsletter,the latest information,such as the new edition of NIS 81, is not available.

I wonder if you will kindly tell me anything about uncertainty in EMC measurement,or give me some websites where I can find useful materials.Your help will be really appreciated.
