Load model for low voltage networks

Hi,
I'm carrying out some PhD research to create a new load model for domestic and non-domestic consumers for low voltage network design. I'd like to discuss the subject with the people who design and operate LV networks - to find out what they use now and what they would like to use.
Are you an LV network designers/operators? Do you anyone who is?

You could do worse than make contact with EATL at Capenhurst - I know they do work in this area, although how much is public domain I'm not sure.
