    Anyone else suffer from STRESS ?

    Q1. If so did you find out about registering it as a 'Personal Injury of Distress' in your employers accident book ? (Legal ref for such info ?)

    Q2. What did your employer do immediately ?

    Q3. On return to Work ?

    Info, guides, procedures and advice needed please.
