1. No-one gets banned from these forums for constructively criticising the IET, the EC, or the professional statii. I know, I've been constructively criticising them on these IEE / IET forums for well over ten years! I would assume that potentially libellous postings would be removed.
2. Individual personal cases cannot be commented on here. Apart from being inpractical, it would be a breach of confidentiality betwwen the IET and the member involved.
