My name is Scott Cadzow and I'm a standards development expert working mainly in ETSI (the ICT end of the official European Standards bodies set up by EU Directive). My core expertise is in security across a bunch of domains in networks, wireless communication and in specialised application domains such as Intelligent Transport and, as rapporteur, for ETSI's eHEALTH group. To this end I see eHealth security quite holistically as the attributes of the security model require it to be very long lived (longer than the patient), to be visible to lots of mostly unkown actors, to be confidential other than on a need to know basis and the evaluation of need to know is a complex ethical and contextual assessment (and one that changes with context). So lots of work and lots of intellect needing to be thrown into the mix. I'm keen to help.
