I've 40 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. For the first part of my career, I worked in secondary manufacturing (aseptic, liquids, dry products, etc., both human and veterinary) in a variety of roles.
For twenty years until last year, I ran a leading UK training and consultancy business, with a focus on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
I am Vice-Chair of the Pharmaceuticals Technical Activities Committee at the IMechE.
My particular interest is in introducing the healthcare industries to best practices from other industries.
