I am working with the Power Systems and Equipment Network to organise a Workshop on the conceptual design of high temperature molten salt nuclear reactors. This has previously been attempted in the UK in the 1970's in the form of a helium cooled 2500MW molten salt fast reactor and in the last few days David Martin of the Weinberg foundation (in combination with research I has previously undertaken) has managed to get the relevant report declassified (AEEW-R1059).
I attach it for those that are interested. The earlier report (AEEW-R956) referred to in this report was declassified some time ago and is on the web if you search.
