Vendor document Management and inter discipline Review

Any good suggestion how vendor document management and inter discipline review procedure and tracking in an engineering consultant.

    Different companies have different tools but most of them are using EDRMS (electronic data review & management system). It's an online system ( eg. BRAVA) that consolidate vendor, engineering, construction documents etc., in any project.
