Strathclyde to oversee new £8.9m Lightweight Manufacturing Centre

The University of Strathclyde will run a new £8.9m Lightweight Manufacturing Centre following an announcement by the Scottish Government. Is this the first step towards creating a National Manufacturing Institute for Scotland?
