Metering Options/Strategy for a high rise residential apartment blocks

Working on a high rise multiple occupancy apartment block (approx. 158 apartments over 16 floors). 3 blocks similar quantities of apartments. Ground floors in all blocks will be used for commercial use.  UKPN are the DNO for the area.

It has been over 10 years since I last done a high rise and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction/webpage to standard DNO incoming requirements/drawings for this type of project.  Not sure who would be the BNO my guess is probably the landlord.

Rather than have a single location for all metering as pervious projects I was wondering if you could install a main 1200A incomers/cut-out, TPN unmetered and connect into multiple unmetered distribution units (Schneider MODE for example) within risers and have the metering within each apartment (SMART Metering tech etc) or riser. Landlord supply from main intake.

Any pervious examples would be great or even a point of contact/company name I can approach for advice.
Any help is apricated.
Thanks Don

I"m sure you have probably got your query resolved by now - all I was going to say was wont the DNO/DSO offer some advice on this based on recent schemes/projects that they have done in the past?

If not come back to me and I'll have a chat with the New Connections team at my local DNO
