I have a collegue who has rudimentary electrical knowledge picked up on the job. I like him to get a formal qualification. I propose training him myselfe and putting him through something like a C&G exam. What do you think?
Do you know what will be required for the exams? I did electrical installation years ago, and remember that there were many (eight?) modules - so there will be a lot of teaching to cover a lot of material so that he can pass all the exams.
