This may be too specific for such an open forum but any help is greatly appreciated.
Can anyone direct me to information on proposed solutions for the upcoming improvements to Signalling on London Underground's Piccadilly line? I am specifically trying to discover if TfL did in fact issue their scheduled invitation to tender in Octocer 2016 and whether they subsequently narrowed selection to two prosective vendors for further consideration.
This is for my own research and public domain info is all I'm after. Google runs dry after October 2016.
Any help or insight is grealty appreciated
