In many places the complexity of the signalling systems on crossrail is being blamed for the long delay in introducing the new Elizabeth Line services. I'm surprised there hasn't been more comment here about this. It seems to me that other things have caused the delay but not being involved I can't be sure. Can anyone comment and shed light on the state of the signalling?
