Cost of working hour in garage for car repairs

Is the working hour cost in the garage (outside London) different from the periphery in other areas?

    Almost certainly large variation, and the variation will reflect the cost of living, property costs and food in that region.

    You may find property prices in the UK informative as a proxy for cost of living.   link to some official stats

    Compare  London with other Cities like Durham or Hull for example.

    Also generally main dealers are more expensive than family businesses.
