A 20kVA "ideal" single phase transformer has a turns ration of 44:1. If the primary winding has 4,000 turns and is connected to a 11kV, 50 Hz sinusoidal supply calculate for full load:

a, The approximate values of primary and secondary currents.

b, The maximum value of core flux.

    c. What are the effective losses in a practical transformer off load and on load. How do they occur?

Reading the HP sauce bottles again? ? They were most informative, do they still do them? .
