Electrotherapy devices can kill viruses

Why are Electrotherapy devices being ignored as a solution to the Covid19 pandemic? As you can see from my posts on the IET Healthcare forum here

Electrotherapy devices can kill HPV inside cells and hence could kill Covid19. Medicine has ignored this technology for over 80 years surely now it must be taken up since medicine has no method for killing viruses or resistant bacteria. If Electrotherapy was in use pandemics and diseases caused by pathogens would be a thing of the past as it should be in the 21st century.

    There's a saying that "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence"  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sagan_standard).  So the reason that you are being ignored is that the medical profession simply doesn't believe you, and don't even want to spend their time investigating your claims.  Unless you can present them with the results of clinical trials, run to the standards required by the medical regulators (and done in accordance with ethical standards), nobody will take any notice.
