Coronavirus.

We have been advised not to go to pubs and restaurants, cinemas and other public places, to protect ourselves and others from the Coronavirus. Are we still able to work? Can we still obtain stock? Will we continue to visit workplaces like offices, shops or homes? Will we be provided  with fiscal support if we can not trade, especially if we are self employed?

University College London is predicting up to 250,000 potential fatalities from Coronavirus in the U.K.

How does the pandemic affect you?

Whaddaufink?

  • I have just returned from the hospital (Ashford and St, Peters Tattyinengland) after a pain -management procedure.  The virus does not seem to be having any effect there so far, everything seems to be working normally, , except they are not giving steroid injections as, although there is no evidence it is suggested it might suppress the immune system..

The treatment is interesting from an electrical point of view.  Two nerves each have two probes inserted, located by ultrasound and they are zapped by 25kHz current at about 37V, varied between 35mA and 150mA, for 10 minutes.  All completely pain free.  Apparently this is above the frequency the nerves can react, but it deactivates them for up to 3 months.
