Bull Causes Blackout.

Says something both about the state of the DNOs poles and the enclosure of the bull.Still, it is probably a good job we have earth fault relays on the 11kV network- he could have become so much well done steak.

Indeed - sound more like a case of blackout
caused
by deficient transformer mountings - the incident was merely
triggered
by the bull.
