Fuse Identification

I am not sure if we have any PCB mounted fuse knowledge on the Forums, the attached is a photo of a fuse, I can see the ratings and approvals etc but it doesn't appear to be one of the larger manufacturers Bel, Wickman or Schurter can anyone shed any light, if so this would be greatly appreciated for a reverse engineering project.

    For a 250V 1.6A Radial T Leaded PCB Mount Fuse, have a look at RS 611-0591 and at RS 110-7900 if you want a holder rather than solder in directly.
