Hi everyone, what a topic for my first contribution on here!
I am trying to locate a particular BS EN or ISO standard that specifies the maximum distance between emergency stop buttons/devices, in this particular case, on a conveyor system.
My understanding from various informal sources is that a regulation states the distance apart to be a maximum of 10 meters but I cannot find the actual clause anywhere after doing a scan of the BS EN standards I have access to. All of the standards I have looked at seem to imply that it is based on a risk assessment, which does seem sensible.
Quite specific I know, but does anyone know where I may find this?
