Would anybody like to define:

(i) A radial system?

(ii) A radial circuit?

(iii) A radial feeder?

Clearly my initial response was considered a little blunt by the Mods,  Mr Cockburn

So, I'll try again and keep it below the snowflake filter level

No, I suspect no one would wish to engage with you in terms of attempting to define the items listed  - from experience, it'll be a waste of perfectly useable electrons and will only lead to unpleasantness all round.

So why don't you hush now, and stop bothering the grown ups

  • There's a well known scandinavian supermarket that has a play centre filled with plastic balls where you can ditch your children in it to play to their hearts content.giving' time to pollish off your meatballs.

    We should encourage play centres.......

For anyone who missed the wiring and regs forum 10 years ago there was a poster called David911cockburn, who was also allegedly an author of electrical texts:

Cody is claiming to be David Cockburn.

Here is an excerpt of a book review:

“ The first time I read this book I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe! I showed this book around at work, and I am clearly not the only person who thinks this book is laugh out loud funny. Any qualified electrician reading this book will be shouting `what the ****?!' at every page. As this book is not found in the comedy section, it gets the lowest rating available: one star.

As well as the bizarre earthing arrangements suggested, the author appears obsessed with the notion of frayed flexes coming into contact with radiator pipes. “

No access to an Electrical Engineering Dictionary then?

And; yes I am the proud Author of the two finest books on the subject of Electrical Engineering in a generation (correct in every detail), thank you very much!

Fake news, this person is an imposter!

Although a photo of both books on a bookshelf might persuade me otherwise.

    All the best.
