IET fellow critieria

In IET fellowship criteria, under creativity, following is noted


"You must give references for the latest three examples in each

category. If you can’t give details of research due to security or

sensitivity issues, it must be corroborated by your supporters."


Is this applicable for all other criteri's such as Influence and contribution?


For an example, i have been working as a JP for 10 + years and should i need to elaborate 3 examples in that criteria?

Is this only applicable for creativity ?

    I believe the note under Creativity is applicable to Creativity only rather than all, since there are specific examples that can be cited to show Creativity
