  • broadgage:

A full wave bridge rectifier, greatly reduces noise when energised.

Still makes a "clunk" when it is operated, but no ongoing noise, unlike contactors with AC coils that tend to produce a continual buzz.

AAAAAANnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnndddddddddd broadgage gets full marks and a bonus point for his swift response.

    Well done broadgage.
