Access port & AC power outlet outside control panel

Have a request from a customer on a machine build stating the following:
For cabinets that house programmable devices, an access port to the programmable hardware shall be provided without opening the cabinet and include an appropriate AC power outlet for the programming device.

Could anyone recommend either or? Access will be for ethernet cable & AC power will be 230V 3-pin socket for a laptop.

    We have used Bucanneer Connectors us to get ethernet out of a metal  box in the past, the cover caps are extra and need to be fitted in all but the most benign settings.

    We have been known mis-use an extra box screwed to the main one but with the lid missing as extra protection cover for the connectors (or even one sawn on the diagonal to make a 'peaked hat' ).


    On MilStd  works we would probably specify  the amphenol ones  but sit down before getting the price list -  by the time you need the dust cap and lanyard as well they are not cheap.


    Mains we would bring out on BS4343/CEEform    or the IEC sort of thing depending on the environment and the size of box.

    There are many similar options.
